Agung Pratama Putra, S.H., M.H., CRA is the Managing Partner of Versailles Attorneys at Law, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction and provides comprehensive legal solutions to domestic and international clients conducting business in Indonesia.
He earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya and his Master of Laws (M.H.) from Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma. His academic background, combined with extensive practical experience, has enabled him to develop strong expertise across various areas of Indonesian law.
As a licensed Advocate and Legal Consultant, Agung has more than five years of professional experience advising clients on a broad range of legal matters. His practice encompasses corporate and commercial law, foreign investment, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, litigation, and strategic legal advisory. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented and advised clients in numerous complex legal matters, delivering practical, commercially focused, and results-oriented solutions.
In addition to his advocacy practice, Agung is also a licensed Receiver and Administrator (Kurator dan Pengurus), authorized to administer Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) and bankruptcy (insolvency) proceedings. His experience in insolvency and restructuring enables him to assist businesses, creditors, and debtors in navigating complex financial distress situations while ensuring compliance with Indonesian legal frameworks.
